My husband and I been taking our laptops to Bits & Bytes for years. Professional, knowledgeable, and timely service every time. We won't go anywhere else.

This is third time we have used Bits and Bytes to repair our computers. Their work is quality and fast. Will definitely continue to use them for our small business computer needs. Highly recommend.

My desktop computer's original hard drive was gradually failing. I had installed a SSD as my default drive, but used the original for extra storage. The original drive's malfunction caused Windows 10 to become corrupt. Bits and Bytes diagnosed the failure after Windows 10 failed to load. Further, they saved all of my data from the SSD when they reinstalled Windows 10. This saved me a lot of time from having to download from Mozy. And their technician did this without my having to ask.

Finally, I called Bits and Bytes because they have worked on my computer before. I expected them to say I needed to bring it in. Instead, Harold, walked me through getting rid of it over the phone. We had to try a few things because this pop-up was particularly stubborn, but it finally disappeared. I am very thankful I was able to get back to work w/o having to take my computer in--- and free of charge to boot, which was very nice of him.

My ASUS N56V Notebook had major problem that the screen was blank when powered it on. I had gone online and researched this problem and tried everything recommended. Nothing worked. The notebook is 1 1/2 years old and loaded. It has Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB memory and 1TB disk. I rely heavily on it so I called ASUS service. On the phone they took me through same tests I had already done. Nothing worked so they said I would have to send it to ASUS for repair.... could range from $80 to $200 to repair and take at least 2 weeks. I took it to Bits and Bytes just to get their opinion before sending to ASUS. They fixed it in 10 minutes in at the front counter while I watched. They said it was a common problem, very simple fix and therefore would not charge me... Now that is service that simple can't be beat..!!!! I highly recommend them for their knowledge, honesty ( and price of course) and ...they're just nice folks. Go there if you have issues with your PC....

I've been using this company for years and have been satisfied every time. Their techs. are always friendly, polite and yet professional. Their knowledge and expertise are obvious. I'll continue to use them.

Called them for work on 2 computers, he worked on them simultaneously so that it ended up not costing as much as i thought it might.

Except for his being quite late with appointment, everything went well.

I had been promised that they would back up my old drive to my new drive. When I picked up the computer, I was told that all the old files were backed up to a specific directory; however, that was not the case. I was also not given my old disk drive back, which I understand is one of their policies.

The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. They called me before each step was initiated to gain my approval. My computer is working very well now.
