He worked and worked to remove red wine stains. Has finally faded. Volunteered to clean 8' sofa, additional rugs. Even cleaned door mats and the front porch. More than generous with his time and effort. Great attitude. Selfless. Would definitely hire again.

Victor is fantastic! He did an excellent job. My carpets were really dirty and he got them looking great again. I was truly amazed. He even cleaned a couple of spots on the carpet in a room I wasn't having cleaned. He's a miracle worker and there is no question I will call on him again. Also, his prices are very reasonable.

I had read great views about Victor and Best Deal Carpet Cleaning. He did not disappoint. He had 5 rooms and a staircase that was really bad. He took the extra time to get those tuff stains out. He put up orange cones around the equipment and used his large fans to help dry. He texted me 2 days later to see how things were and that meant a lot. I would definitely hire him again. He’s great, hardworking and stands behind his work. Thanks, Victor!

Victor was very responsive and thorough in explaining what type of cleaning he would do and the expected drying times. I was very worried it would take too long to dry but he assured me it would be fine. He took some additional measures to remove excess moisture and the carpet dried just fine. Victor is one of the hardiest working people I have ever met! He gets it done and he does it extremely well! After watching him apply a protectant to the new rugs and furniture pieces, I decided to ask him about cleaning and applying a protectant to several other rugs. He was happy to accommodate this last minute request (and his prices were more than reasonable!) After seeing the rugs he cleaned, it was almost impossible to believe that they were the same rugs! They looked as they did when new! It was amazing! I’ve had other companies clean these rugs, but this was the first time, upon seeing these rugs clean, I was actually able to remember why it was that I purchased in them the first place; they are gorgeous! Prior to contacting any rug service, I did extensive research. With a background in chemistry, I knew what protectants were considered the best in the industry and why they were considered superior to other brands. I also learned why some companies will try to convince customers to use their “own” mixtures, or lesser, cheaper brands (all while charging a premium price). When asked what protectant Best Deal would use for this job, Victor not only named that top brand, but he also explained why it was the best protectant for this particular job. Impressive, considering I got quotes from over 6 different carpet companies and Best Deal was the first and only company to not just name the industry premier product, but also explain why it was what was best for my job. Victor knows what he is doing and he knows this business! Not only did Victor seem the most informed and knowledgeable, he also gave me a quote that MUCH lower than the others. The savings is significant and considering all that is explained above, I would have hired Best Deal even if his quote wouldn’t have been the least expensive. Victor has the top machines and everything he needs to get job completed in a thorough, professional, and timely manner. He is a true professional in every regard; returns phone calls and texts promptly, thoroughly answers any questions one might have, arrives on time and sets up a time that works best for his customers. Victor has come three times to my house for carpet cleaning. I have pets so I have to get the carpets cleaned regularly. He does a thorough cleaning job and makes sure I’m satisfied at the end. The carpets look and smell great. Here are a couple reasons why I appreciate Victor so much. First, he will move things I have forgotten. He doesn’t just go around furniture that could be moved. Also, he does little extras that he doesn’t charge me. I noticed that he had cleaned a small rug by the door. Finally I asked him to clean a small mattress that my daughter uses for camp and he said of course he would try. It turned out great. I was so pleased. I don’t think twice when I need my carpets or couches cleaned.
