+ -1 moreYesterday on 5/6/2022 I called Bennett Outdoor Services to get a quote for tree services. I sent this person several detailed pictures of the tree. About 20 minutes later, Bennet Outdoor Services gave me a price quote over the phone. I agreed to the price quote because it seemed reasonable. Today (5/7/2022) Bennet Outdoor Services arrives to my house and immediately starts upselling me to perform the same job that was initially agreed upon yesterday. Basically, they wanted to double the price of the quote we agreed upon. I am not sure if the person who came to my house was the owner of Bennet Outdoor Services. However, I firmly believe they should honor the quote that was originally given to me over the phone.
