They were fast and it was done in a day. We are going to have them back to paint two other rooms once we have new windows put in. He was on time. He gave us an estimate and we set up a date. He showed up on time at 8 o’clock that morning.

I have been using them for eight years. They have done so much for me. Built cabinets, patio, painting, etc. If you aren't happy, they will come back and definitely will correct the problem. The important thing is that if you have a problem in your home, he will come out and will have an answer on how to make it work for you.

I felt the price was competitive and the quality of the work was adequate. The person that I dealt with was courteous.

They were very timely. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. They did a really good job. I would hire them again.

I called and set an appointment to meet with John Bashan for the estimate. He was the only contractor to show up on time or early. We reviewed the work to be completed and he gave me an estimate at the same time. The price seemed reasonable, so we agreed to do the work. Workers arrived on the scheduled day with a job manager to review the work. The workers spent the day doing the agreed upon work. At the end of the day, I was asked to review the work. The paint was still wet on the walls and caulk was still wet. All work was completed as agreed, however, it was hard to evaluate the quality of the texture and paint, as it was still drying. A couple of hours later when my wife was home from work, we looked at it again together and agreed the quality was not satisfactory. I called to speak with John, he was not available so I spoke with the office manager and explained that we were not satisfied with quality of the work - the texture was big, runny and did not match other texture in the house as promised, the caulk was heavy, and sloppy and there was paint on the ceiling. The wall patch in the master bath was also quite lumpy and obvious. All much more obvious now that the paint was no longer wet and shiny. The office manager complained that I did not say something when the workers were here, but I stated it was impossible to evaluate the quality of the texture and paint when it was all wet. At this point she was agitated and raised her voice at me and said that someone would get back with me. I received a call back stating the workers would come back out and redo the work, but I stated I wanted John to see the work for himself. We scheduled a time for John to see the work. When he arrived with one of the workers, he agreed the work was sub-par and needed to be redone. The workers came back the next day and re-did the work in the master bathroom. At this point, the quality is still not what was expected, but is better than the original work. John advised that it would be ok to paint over the wallpaper over our wishes to have it removed. We can now see the wallpaper seams and there is some bubbling of the wallpaper. I could have done the same quality job myself, but I don't do this for a living.

They were very punctual and professional.

They do exactly what you want done. They arrive on time and are consistent. The supervisor Cleto did an excellent job of seeing everything was done right. They would answer all my questions in detail. I am very pleased with everything they did.

The crew did not appear to know how to properly use the product used. I read the instructions and the day was too cold for application and they did not prepare the floors according to the instructions. Sure enough, the epoxy is peeling up in spots. We've contacted the company to see how we can deal with this - we don't think they need to redo the whole floor but we do believe they need to do something. However, they have been unresponsive and have not returned our calls. They did however, show up, do the work and leave my garage neat when they were done.

This is an excellent company if you need any type of home improvements, & my experience was great. The people were extremely nice & very dependable. They were here when they said they were going to be every day. I think the job took about 3 days or so to complete. I was very impressed with the quality of work & would hire them again anytime.

Everything is an A in my book. These people are awesome & I have hired them three other times after I had this work done. The exterior of the home cost more than the interior, which I didn t quite understand because the interior is bigger. However, I was fine with that & did not end up having any complaints whatsoever.
