Description of Work: Replaced roof after August 2015 hailstorm damage. This is second roof replacement by this firm since 2012 tornado damage. Work team prompt, organized, managed schedule around rainy weather, and on weekend workers returned to clean up around the house. I would always choose this company.

 + -1 moreAmerican Exteriors Inc. employees: Removed all the old shingles. They even removed the old satellite dish that the previous cable provider had left behind. Installed new felt and installed all new shingles. Installed new flashing, primed and painted the roof vents After the work was completed, they removed all the discarded material and spent time to clean up all around the house (and even a few pieces that had gone into the swimming pool). They even had metal detectors to find any nails that were in the property. Overall, they did an excellent job; and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new roof or for roofing repairs.  + -1 moreMr Dan Tucker of American Exteriors Inc prepared an initial estimate for us in January 2012 after storm damage to our house roof. We spent six months negotiating and reappraising the damage with our insurance company, and Mr Tucker stuck with us through these months with advice and support. His roofers arrived early on the designated day and completed the entire roof replacement, removed all the debris and cleaned up the property in one day. Also, at additional cost of course, he suggested replacing the bathroom skylight, and he purchased, delivered and replaced the skylight for us during the roof replacement. Mr Tucker's company represents the value, work ethic and consideration deserving of excellent customer service. After the poor experience with an insurance company, we were delighted to have the services of American Exteriors, Inc.
