The work was done well with high efficiency. After job was done I made some comments on some sprinkler heads are above the ground level and a head is leaking water from the base. Matt sent over this crew over and fixed them.

OK, but the price was high, for the task time required.

The owner, Jim, came out to give us a quote. He spent 30+ minutes with my husband - answering his questions and making sure the design was what he wanted. A week later, Jim & his crew came in to put the sprinkler system in. Jim worked just as hard as any of his crew - and made sure they kept hydrated all day too. Jim registered us with the City of Katy & the inspector passed us. The price was hundreds less than two other companies we checked into. Afterwards, Jim spent more time with my husband showing him how the timer worked and answering his 'post-install' questions. Great experience and sprinkler works perfectly.

Crew arrived on time and successfully replaced 2 sprinklers including rerouting one water supply line.

Rebuilt zone valve 2017-09-30, replaced or raised some heads, showed up on time and were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. If that was the end of the story, I'd give them a B+. BUT, less than 8 months later, zone valve they rebuilt failed again. Called and left a message about that on 2018-05-21, and 6 days later they haven't returned my call.

In early January, I got a plastic sprinkler valve replaced by a brass one by Allied. They came in and mentioned that most of my sprinkler heads needs replacement too, and so, I got them replaced as well for a total of $800. Fast forward 4 months, and the brass valve had a major crack. They charged me again for the valve + two heads + labor + service charge. When I enquired about their one year parts and labor warranty, they said it was a freeze damage. Seriously! The sprinklers were working fine in March / April, and I am sure there was no freeze that bad to split open a brass valve. I was too disgusted even to argue. Never again! Their professionalism sucks!

We needed routine sprinkler inspection and repair, and also were interested in some exterior lighting. Jimmie Rockwell responded promptly to my request, and proceeded to do all the work we wanted within a couple of days. He and his crew did a good job at a reasonable price. We were very pleased and intend to use Allied Sprinkler again.

All done within 4 hours. The system has been operating well ever since. It solved a problem where 2 areas were on the same cycle, but had different needs - too much water for part of the old cycle and too much for another part.

Work went well. System is much improved. Damage to the lawn was minimized.

Poor- the technician never showed up. When we called him he said he had a work emergency. He never called to inform us that he would not be coming.

Fantastic! They arrived about 10 minutes before scheduled and called before they arrived. Work quality was first rate. They know their business and did a great job! They also took the time to explain what they had done and also reset some timers which were causing part of the problem. Very professional and would absolutely call them again.

It went well and still works to this day, about 4 months later. The timer is user-friendly (rain dance) and the rearranged water times meant optimal water per area.

Great service. Rodney and Kim arrived on time. Did a test of all 6 zones and pointed out heads in question. Originally wanted two sprinklers capped on the side of the house where there is no vegetation, just stone. Rodney told me not to cap as water is need to keep soil moist around foundation of house. Replaced 4 heads, checked and adjusted remaining sprinkler heads. Were in and out in no time. Very professional, courteous, reasonably priced and overall great experience. Definitely would use again!

There was nothing that I disliked. They were very professional. Jimmy explained everything to me when they installed the sprinkler system. They had the yard dug up and it looked horrendous. They put it all back together and it looked great. They did an awesome job. I was very pleased with their service.

They found the leak quickly and repaired, replaced sprinkler head and some other maintenance on rain sensor. They definitely know what they are doing and are fast. Highly recommend.
