The initial inspection was very thorough. Issues were explained to me with options for repair so that my units perform with maximum efficiency with an expectation of lower electric cost. A lot of time was spent with me and all of my questions were answered. I was very pleased with the service.

Andres was amazing. My father had a stroke in January and our a/c unit stopped blowing cold air completely. I was concerned for his health and needed someone immediately. Not only did Andres come out in less than 2 hours, but he drove from Katy to Rosenberg to do so. He went through and made sure to thoroughly check what the issue was. He gave me several options and a maintenance plan that will save us a great deal of money. He made sure to listen and to provide the best plan of action possible. This is my first time using HomeAdvisor and couldn’t have had a better experience.

Andreas was exceptionally professional. Explained and showed pics of what had to be changed. Cost was reasonable compared to others.

Andres is the nicest guy and very trustworthy. He explained what he saw and recommended, exhibited a high level of expertise on an unusual project, did high quality work, fixed mistakes from those who came before him and I didn’t feel like had to watch him every second like other contractors. I highly recommend AKKO for all your HVAC and dehumidifier needs.
