Description of Work: I had 2 questions before authorizing work 1 do you have subs install? 2 do you have general liability. Literally laughed at me. Charged $69 to push a system I don't need.

Description of Work: Worst experience of my life. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are scammers. The only reason I paid them was because of my co tactual obligation with American Homeshield. They did NOTHING to fix my problem even though I told them exactly what it was over the phone. Then tried to sell me a new unto for a "deal". The price they said the insurance quotes them was $900 more than what they really quoted them. When I asked them about the discrepancy, they said they must have hear it wrong... Not to be trusted.
