Rick Breese approached me and asked me for some work on my property. He handed me the business card that stated Rick Breese, Project Manager A.I.N.A Homes LLC. He agreed to stain the wooden fence, paint the iron fence, and repair the concrete driveway for $1700.0 and paid him $1000.0 deposit and he will collect $700.0 when the work was completed. He never did complete the work for me and kept $1000.0 deposit.
