AFFORDABLE LANDSCAPE

They came an hour late for the initial meeting. After talking for a while they stated that it was getting late and that they would have to come back tomorrow to draw up the design. We agreed to that and he said he would come back tomorrow. When he was over an hour late again, I called Affordable landscape to tell them not to bother and they apologized for being late. I come to find out later, that they actually did come out to draw up plans but never notified me they were there. They just let themselves in and went through my backyard without my knowledge or permission. They apologized for doing so and stated they did not wish to disturb me. We agreed to give them another chance and set an appointment to have them present to me their drawings and estimate, but they were late for that appointment, as well, and failed to have the estimate with the drawings. Also, they left out key elements I had requested in their drawings. They apologized again and said they could email me the estimate. However, it arrived a day late again and the estimate was extremely over priced.

He was two and a half hours late. He did not measure for the size of my flower beds which he should have and did not make a plot scheme. He said he would have yard scheme done in a week it has been two weeks and have received nothing. I have called three times and have not received any call back. He does not return his calls.

The team did a good job. Unfortunately it rained a lot so the job took three days to complete. Tamer collected his money and was on his way. A few weeks later we tried several times to contact him regarding a zone we thought was not working and moving a head for a gate that we were having installed. When we got a hold of him he set up an appointment but never came nor called. We tried several times again to contact him and finally caught him so that he could make another appointment but he again did not show nor did he have the courtesy to call. We are now having to hire another company to do the repair.

Affordable Landscape came in to landscape & design our back yard. All that was back there before they came in was dirt. They installed a sprinkler system, grass, plants, shrubs- the whole shebang. We are very pleased with the end product.
