Thin set was not put on every tile. Many of the tiles sound hollow, approx 1/4 of the tiles are uneven to the next tile. Where the grout is I can tell the thin set is coming up because it is turning white. When Rick put the back splash up he left wires hanging out that were suppose to be under the wall. He covered up the outlet holes so could not rescrew the sockets back in. He did carpet repairs and they were horrible. DO NOT BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS ON HERE. Overall F!!!

Rick was great! He was on time which was really nice and he did great with our dogs which is really important to us. He got the job done in less time than he quoted and it was GREAT! His stone and tile work is amazing and he was clean. I look forward to using him again!

They have been great. It is $3.50 a square foot. Straight up price for patterns and everything. They showed up on time. They did everything they said they would do, plus some. They even fed my dogs while I went out of town for a night. They cleaned up durring and after. The price they got us on the tile is absolutely unmatched by any retail store. They go through a wholesale company and get you the same price they would pay for it. If you spend the time to find the exact tile you want, they can get you the tile for cheaper. I got $3.00+ tile for $2.15. The money saved on the tile allowed us to get our backsplash put in as well. We also got our granite put in by the whole sale company, but the price was not great. In fact I actually had to nagotiate with them to get the price down a bit. Since I got all the materials from the whole sale company, they agreed to give me a price break on the granite. We are 100% pleased with our new kitchen, and 100% pleased with our other floors as well. I will be recommending them to all our friends, as well as use them in the future if we need more work done.

We contacted Rick for a quote on installing ceramic tile in our Kitchen and Bath. Rick was very responsive and got the quote for us. He was very easy to work with and did a great job.

They showed up on time, installed plastic screens to contain dust, and completed the tear out. They refined their estimate for completion which was no change. We were asked to confirm our installation choices at key milestones and were asked to provide feedback while changes could still be made. They reassured us of their commitment to quality and wanted to keep us involved before it became a major effort to correct something. They completed the job on time and met the commitment to the estimated price. The caulk in the shower showed a problem after the job was completed. Rick ordered a newer type of caulk, set up an appointment and corrected the problem promptly and at the agreed time.
