 + -1 moreDo not use Pepper Air. They are a dishonest company and take advantage of you in an emergency situation. John performed work on my unit without my consent or giving me a quote. Then handed me a bill for $2000 to add freon and dye. John and Patrick will rip you off. They will lie to you about what is needed and overcharge you so they can make more money. Horrible company with horrible people.

Description of Work: Pepper Air Conditioning did some work on the thermostat that we had some difficulty with and they ended up installing another one that is far superior to the one we had.

Description of Work: They came out the same day I called them. The young man called before he came since they couldn't give me an exat time. He was very professional. My Heater wouldn't come on so he checked the thermostat first to see if it was in working order & it was so he went to the heating unit to check it. The pilot light had gone out for some reason & he explained to me ther was a switch in the attic that I could check if that happened again so I wouldn't have to pay for a service call. I thought that was nice of him.

 + -1 moreThey are a very small company. We wanted a Lennox system and they had that brand exclusively. The job went great. They were fast and the job was done in half day or a little more than that. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was competitive and on par with others. They were on time.
Description of Work: Pepper Air Conditioning Office put in a new system less than a month ago.
