They do awesome work: everything from sewer re-connect (the main line moved and ours did not)to replacing toilets and gaskets. Nothing is too big or small for this family run business.

They have always been good as far as the service.

Service guy came out and looked at it. Said it'd cost $135 for the replacement + $85 install fee. I paid for it, and found out later that all he did was replace a washer that you can buy in a 10-pack for $2. Not only that, when I question the cost of the replacement faucet he said "That's how much they are...". Which is only after they do their 4x mark-up. You can buy one at Home Depot for $30.

We were referred to this company by a friend who is a plumber for commercial projects. After his referral, we looked them up on Angie's List to check on rating just to double check. Seeing they have an excellent rating, we called on a Thursday morning and they were there that same day in the afternoon. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and got right to work. It only took them about 40 minutes to find the problem, solve it and clean up and go. It was efficient, professional and my husband and I were very pleased. The price is not cheap, but the service is quality and it was worth every penny spent for the confidence that they knew what they were doing. It required minimum time away from our own job to get this done. Would use them again and will recommend highly that others use them as well.

They came out on a Saturday morning after I discovered my water heater hissing and leaking. I appreciate them coming out within an hour and half of my call. May have been sooner but I had an important errand to run. Jacob was professional and up front. Paid extra for a Saturday call but what are you going to do. :) I am very happy with the service.

The technicians that came out to our home from Beck's were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They had a clear understanding of what was needed and communicated that to us very well. They had no problem going under our (1956 pier-and-beam) house to ensure they saw all angles of the situation and worked diligently for several hours. The technicians were honest and helpful. Also, the two technicians that came out seemed to get along well with each other, and therefore communicate effectively with each other. All of these characteristics combined provided us with confidence in the technicians and the work they were doing. The technicians installed a new clean out from our kitchen sink and made sure to test it before they called it done. They upgraded our pipes to PVC and left our plumbing in a much better state than it was when they arrived. They seemed knowledgeable not only about the type of plumbing historically found in homes of this age and in this area. They confirmed that a gas line from a disused heater was indeed disconnected providing us not only with peace of mind but with that crucial information that another plumber was unable to provide. I foresee many additional situations arising in our home that will benefit from the experience and professionalism of Beck's staff.

Very happy overall. Had a leak showing through on first floor ceiling and didn't know where from. They arrived on time and determined where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem.

Jacob arrived and introduced himself. I described and showed him the problem. He described two options on how to fix the problem. I ageed with the suggested solution. He also replaced the soft copper piece with a stronger piece so this problem won't happen again if I ever replace this hose bibb in the future. I turned the water back on to the house and he verified there were no leaks. He was very nice and did a professional job. I'd certainly use Becks again.

Becks provided excellent service in every area. The lady answering the phone (whom I learned was the owner) was very pleasant and informative and called each time she had a plumber on the way. The two young men who worked on my system were very professional and knowledgeable as they went about their tasks. The were pleasant and friendly. They finished the work by trying to make the yard area look as neat as possible. Attention to detail was given.
