+ -1 morePerfect. AC was restored in 20mins. Technician was on time as agreed and called before arriving. Tech was clean, courtesy and a true professional. He replaced the failed capacitor with a warranted American made part and even silenced a nuisance rattle the unit was making. He also checked the freon level as well as the general health of the unit. He did not try to push unneeded services or extras upon me and he answered all my questions. I definitely will be using them again in the future.
Description of Work: Outdoor unit stopped functioning leaving us with 82 degree inside temp. Called and left a message for request of service and was promptly called back.
