He required payment then did not complete, left started projects unworkable, and replaced a fence with NO GATE. Took 6 weeks to paint a house he said he could do in 1 week at $6000+ yet did not paint the porches or put screens back on windows and doors. I had to pay someone else to complete job for an added $300 out of my pocket. He charged me $6 "extra" for weather stripping on French door, but did not replace the screen to the door. Really? Broke the security light and did not replace even though he said he would. He said he would replace screens that were wind damaged while down for painting. They have not been put back on or replaced. Took grill off of air conditioner to paint. He did not paint or put back together, so it not working at this time. He said he would fix the toilet. However I found it full of poop and unrepaired. Had to pay someone else to complete after I cleaned the toilet to be repaired. He said he would take the washer and dryer down stairs, yet not done. He did not put doors back on sheds. Kurt Kundert turned this home repair into my MONEY PIT! The work is still not done. The list goes on, but this is an idea of his work quality.
