got done quickly, but not done right. Have called MANY MANY times, always get excuses why they can't get here when needed, because of their workmanship, my home is literally falling apart. All my floors have had to be replaced, my WALLS are filling up with water and rain comes in at floor level, they eliminated my overhang so water runs strait into walls and windows, they covered up storm windows that were not made to be covered causing more rain damage and Terry Woods word is worthless. I thought I had a home for life, and now it is falling apart and I am having to get up every time it rains and mop water up, all the trim is falling off. It has been 19 years and nothing has been fixed yet. Porch cover started falling in, I had to put 4X4's up to hold it up. This is NOT a joke. You will get no satisfaction from him.

I contracted with Texas Energy Savers to install a metal roof on my house and shed. Overall I am satisfied with the new roof but very dissatisfied with their responsiveness to a problem I am experiencing. During the installation they were either late or didn't show up some days and I wasn't notified they would be late or not coming that day. A couple of months after the roof was installed it rained and I noticed water dripping from the exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Since it had been blowing really hard I didn't think too much about it and especially since we haven't had much rain. Since the new roof installation I have noticed this same exhaust fan now makes a flapping noise when the wind blows. I have looked at the roof and it appears covers weren't installed over either bathroom exhaust vents. Last week it rained and the master bathroom exhaust vent began leaking water wetting the ceiling and dripping into the toilet. I called Texas Energy Savers to notify them and was told the crew was out of town and it would be Monday or Tuesday before someone would be out. Monday we had a large storm with rain and wind and both bathroom exhaust vents were leaking water and the ceilings were getting really wet. I called Texas Energy Savers and was told I was on the list. I explained the issue of the wet ceiling and how bad it was. After getting off the phone with the owner's wife, the owner, Terry Wood, called and said someone would be out the next day (Tuesday). Tuesday my daughter waited all day for someone to come and no one showed up or called to let me know they weren't coming. I called Texas Energy Savers and got the wife (office manager) and was told she didn't know when someone would be out, that I was on the list. I explained to her the issue of the wet ceiling and if the rain continues there will be a bigger problem of repairing the ceiling. I got no where with her. It remains to be seen if and when someone comes out to take care of this problem.
