+ -1 moreTJ's team took care of the problem. Roots had clogged the lines. This is rental property which I own. They politely called and gave me a full report on their findings, accepted payment via the phone and rom used to send an invoice. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Our home was built in 2006. The house is located below the septic system in the street so we have a sewage lift system in the from of our house to bring the sewage to the main line. It is a dual pump system and the main pump failed. Knowing that TJ Miller put the system in, I contacted them to replace the failed pump. They promised me on three separate occasions that they would be out to look at the system and repair it. In each case, they never showed up when they said they would. The last calls I made to them (3 calls), I left voice mail messages to call me and find out why they didn't show. They never contacted me again. This, in my opinion was really unprofessional and I cannot stress enough that you should never work with these people.
