+ -1 moreReceived quote to trim & remove trees & shrubs. We had some scheduling issues and the owner insisted that I must work on his schedule only, no other accommodations could be made - I advised them services were not required & I engaged another service. I felt that the owner of Parker Tree service was extremely rude in our business dealings.

Description of Work: I have 2 large elm trees in my yard. They had not been trimmed for over 5 years and branches were hanging onto the electric wires. I called Parker Tree Service for an estimate. He agreed to come out and give me an estimate on May 11. He did not show up and did not call. On May 12, in the afternoon, he did call and his excuse for not showing was that he was tired and it was raining. He said he would come by in an hour. He did come by, spent about 5 minutes and gave me an estimate that was more than double my other estimate. He did not seem concerned about the double trunk and the possibility of splitting. I checked his BBB rating and although it was A+, he says he has been in business for 37 years while BBB only shows him active since 2011. I don't think he wanted the job.
