Lonestar Land Surveying, LLC was established in 2021 and is family owned and operated by the Miller brothers: Mitchell, Marshall and Marcus. The Miller brothers have over 35 years of combined surveying experience. Land Surveying has been a major part of our lives, both personally and professionally. Our company is based in Joshua, Texas and service all areas in and around the metroplex. Here at Lonestar, we understand the importance of great communication and transparency which ensures that our client's needs are met. We will provide the highest quality surveying service around. After I call this company to get the estimate I was told that will charge me $595 and when I ask when they can do the work for me they told me they will call me to schedule a time. After few days, I called back to check. I was told they will call me back in about 10 min but they never called me back. Next thing I know I received an invoice from them for $322.24. I was shocked and confused. I do no suggest for any one to use this company. They will charge you without doing any work

We let you know that we are very busy and our availability changes rapidly. We were awaiting payment of the deposit to establish and hold your appointment on our calendar. Unfortunately you did not wish to make that deposit payment. We can not prioritize your project on our end more than you prioritize it on your end. I apologize if this was a misunderstanding. Lonestar Surveying is accurate with scheduling, the finished product is thorough and professional. Members of their team are courteous and respectful, both in the office and in the field. The fees for work performed are very reasonable. I have used them for several jobs and highly recommend Lonestar Surveying.
