Description of Work: This company should be removed from Angie's list. They have not got back with me through messages here nor phone. They have flyers posted on electrical poles where I live. These should be taken down. Don't waste your time contacting them. Apparently, they do not need the business.

+ -1 moreOn 18 October, I called and spoke to Mr. Bivens after reading the reviews on Angie's List. We discussed the job we need performed to clear a roadway and two pad sites, prepare the pad sites along with potentially digging a stock pond to get the required fill dirt. He agreed to meet on 27 Oct. to look at our job and then to provide an estimate. He said he would be in touch a day or two before our meeting to confirm. That was the last I heard from him. When I didn't get a confirmation call or text, I tried texting him the evening before to confirm he was going to make the appointment. There was no response. He did not show for the appointment. It is now several hours later, and still no call or text. I am very diasappointed. I had hoped the one bad review on file was the result of miscommunication or a mistake. But my experience is very similar.
Description of Work: Made an appointment to meet and provide an estimate for land clearing and site prep, then stopped communicating and did not show for the appointment.

Description of Work: These guys have recently displayed numerous signs on roadways in Johnson County, TX (Alvarado & Keene). When a small concrete project was eminent, I gave them a call on Monday (4-29). Further, I sent a text message & submitted an inquiry through their website. By Thursday, I had received NO response & decided to try again (email, voice mail & text). This weekend, I still had not gotten any type of response. I tried once more without any success. If they are busy or on vacation, there are electronic ways to have an auto response to potential customers. I am not doubting their work quality as I had researched the company on this website. Their "A" rating speaks for itself, but what about punctual response? Yikes! :-o

+ 4 morestart to finish was smooth, efficient and absolutly outstanding! I couldnt be any happier with the work they did for me!!
Description of Work: I had Landy Excavation come out and do a job that I was told would cost me $20,000- $25,000 and a week worth of work! Landy Excavation got it done in one weekend and for only $7,500.00!!! They worked in a VERY timely manner showed up on time, didnt take breaks and did an awesome job! I had two of my stock tanks dug out, had some trees removed and fixed my drainage problem in my stock tanks! we just had a huge rain shower in the last two days and my stock tanks are finally holding water! I very highly recomend them, they are a small and upcoming business that still has family values! not some hot shot big company that wont give you the time of day.
