I'd give the folks 11 stars if I could, because they earned them. Robert Lampasona and Austin met with the adjuster, showed him the roof damage, and did everything they promised. The installation went as planned, and their follow-up afterwards was exemplary. They even sent a second cleanup crew to tidy up after a crew had installed gutters. These guys really care about your satisfaction.

We had only lived in our home a few weeks when several companies had tried selling us contracts on a new roof. We chose J Duncanson Roofing LLC to replace our new forever-home's roof. My husband and I had a very positive experience with Robert and Austin of J Duncanson Roofing LLC; you could even call them our friends now! At the beginning, I was a bit skeptical; until the guys were able to show me actual photos of the damage my roof had endured over the many years of Texas weathering. The photos also showed some of the not-so-nice quick fixes some other non-quality roofers had made to our roof. Robert and Austin didn't push us to get things done right away; we were able to choose the day they'd begin installation, that was nice! Robert and Austin were very professional, and always available to answer any of our questions and concerns. They brought over roof color/type samples several times after I changed my mind a time or two. We were NEVER made to feel rushed at any time during the process. J Duncanson Roofing LLC was able to complete the reveal of our stunning, sturdy, and efficient metal roof before the holidays; it was a Christmas wish come true! I recommend J Duncanson Roofing LLC to anyone in the market for a new roof.

I just had my metal roof replaced by JDuncanson Roofing and it looks absolutely AMAZING! I was very pleased with the workers. I was also pleased with the sales reps (Robert and Jesse) who were very professional. Even though this roof was covered by insurance Robert and Jesse was still able to work on my budget without sacrificing quality. You just don't get good service from contractors anymore; however, that is why this company has such a great rating on BBB. Good job!

It went really well. I was amazed at how well the job went. I had a level 4 hurricane roof replaced on my house. The original was damaged from my trees. The new roof is twice as strong as the previous roof.

It was a long process. I would use the company again, I don't know if I would use the same product.

I just moved from a little town where everyone knew everyone and you could count on people to complete a project with the best materials, the best people, and in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. This company would fit right in with the professionals in that little town. Josh and his assistant Anthony made the whole project painless. They stopped by often, always answered the phone when I had a question. Stacy does the paperwork and she is a great person to work with as well. I'm glad she was there to navigate through insurance company and mortgage company. The crews that were hired to get the job done were knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and friendly- I'm thinking those are requirements to work at this place. Cleanup was even great. The whole project was completed in a week!

The entire timeline was not clearly stated when the project began. However, their crews stayed on task and finished each segment in a timely manner. Still awaiting gutters.

This is an outstanding company. They put a new roof on my house and it looks great. The two representatives I dealt with throughout the process (Robert L. and Austin B.) were highly knowledgeable. They monitored the installation, followed up on every little thing, and in general provided a level of service which went way beyond what I would have expected. I highly recommend this company.

Stacy worked with us throughout the entire project. When our insurance adjuster inspected the damage to our roof, she met with him. She also helped us with the paperwork. The roofers were polite and prompt. They cleaned up the work site daily and fixed all the problems with our roof. They did a wonderful job. We give them our highest recommendation for professionalism, quality of work and timeliness.

Stacy & Wes were great to work with. Clean professional job. I am a contractor & this is the way it should be done. Would recommend to anyone needing the roofs the install.

We cannot say enough positive things about the entire procedure. Stacy was in charge of our project and did an outstanding job. Everything was done in a very timely manner, the roofers were great, our yard was always cleaned up at the end of the day, and the project was finished right on schedule. I am so glad J Duncanson Roofing showed up at my door. I didn't know my roof needed replacing but they did and expertly guided me through the entire process. It was one of the easiest things I've done lately. They worked directly with my insurance company, communicated with me based on my needs and made sure I was completely satisfied. Nothing was left for me to deal with. Effortless on my part! Stacy, Jake and Austin are incredible people who love their jobs and love making their customer's homes more beautiful after the job than it was before. It went great. Services was good, fast and it is very pretty. They guys were on time and even finished the second day early. Stacy... my agent kept me informed and on target every step of the way. The insurance process to make a claim and pay for a new roof is complex. Stacy either walked me through it or had the home office staff call me directly to walk through the process. I had to have forms approved via my insurance, then the mortage comapny, then back to me for finals and stacy kept me updated the whole way through!! Awsome. I even called stacy to do my roof on my rental house.. I would recommend and will call when we have a huge hail storm again. Stacy knows the difference between needing a new roof or just a repair if the damage does not warant a replacement!!

We were very pleased with J. Duncanson Roofing. We first met Stacy Beer when she stopped by to discuss the condition of our roof and whether it was time for a new one. We had discussed the roof with several other companies prior to Duncanson, but were most pleased with Stacy?s eagerness and willingness to work very closely with us to find the right roof. She assured us that if we would let her help us choose a new roof and then let her company install the roof, we would be extremely pleased with the roof and the quality of their workmanship. And that we were. The entire crew was outstanding. They cleaned up at the end of every day and when the job was completed, there was little evidence that a major construction job had taken place over the past three days. The materials were delivered one morning, the roofing crew came out shortly thereafter to remove the old roof. The installation crew began their work that same day. And two days later, the new roof was on the house. What a beauty it is and what an oustanding job the installers did. We love our new roof and have received many compliments from neighbors about what a beautiful roof we now have. We highly recommend Stacy and J. Duncanson Roofing. They are top-notch in what they do.

We were cautious at first of the approach by Stacy Beer w/JDUNCANSON ROOFING. All that was presented, appeared too good to be true. Well it wasn't. Upon meeting & having the inspections, everything went fantastically ! The reps & crew were very knowledgeable , thorough , efficient , and conscientious. We had no idea, the manufacture of the roof , did such follow-ups. We did have damage & they handled/repaired it expertly ! What a great experience w/something we had no idea was needed. Definitely would/will recommend this company. We sat back, watched their business go to work , & we are enjoying our new roof !!!! JOB WELL DONE !

COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER RESULTS. WE WEREN'T EVEN IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW ROOF, BUT THE MANUFACTURE FOR THE GERARD ROOF ON OUR HOUSE MAKES PERIODICAL INSPECTIONS. SHE FOUND DAMAGE FROM PREVIOUS HAIL STORM. THE REST IS A "BLUR", IT WENT SO SMOOTHLY FOR ALL THE TRANSACTIONS. SHE HANDLED IT ALL & WORKED WITH OUR INSURANCE, WE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THE PRIDE THESE WORKERS REPRESENTED, STATES JUST THE TIP OF THEIR PRODUCT !!! IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE, SUCH GREAT THINGS HAPPEN IN TODAYS SOCIETY, REPRESENTING THIER LOVE FOR THE PRODUCT & JOB. Very smoothly!! Workers/installers arrived early and went straight to work. No loitering around all about business. All of them were very polite and conscientious. The owner (James Duncanson) and staff (Stacy Beer) were frequently on the job sight checking and rechecking workmanship of their crew/installers. Which come to find out wasn't even necessary as they were extremely efficient at not only their professional installation but with keeping the grounds clean and orderly. They came thru with everything they originally said they would do. They said there would be no out of pocket expense and there was not. They said they would do all the work for only what insurance paid and they did to great satisfaction without a penny more out of our pocket. My husband and I were completely 100% satisfied and would highly recommend J Duncanson Roofing LLC &. Stacy is an absolute gem, we just love her as well!!

the re is something strange about this company. Now, many months after the roof job we keep getting up to three calls a day from someone from their company inquiring about the job performance. Sometimes there is an incoming call but nobody answers when we pick up the phone. As I said there is something strange, perhaps nobody communicates with one and another? There seemed to be something going on between the insurance agent and the DUNCANSON company regarding the cost, which went up 70% from a previous similar roofing job, it went from $17000 to 33.000$. The roofing itself is ok but the rain gutters were damaged by leaning ladders against them and the support straps were cut and never replaced. I would not recommend this company.
