I have been having problems with my old septic system for some time and had Helton-Ingram out several times. The old system couldn't be fixed so I had to have a new Aerobic system installed by employee Patrick Gatlin. He installed the system in 2 days and did a great job. He answered numerous questions for me. Their customer service is outstanding any time you call or text they will contact you to solve your problem in a very courteous and timely way!

We have been with Helton Ingram over 24 years. They installed the system on our property. They have always been on time, thorough, more than competent, courteous, knowledgeable, and always cleaned the area when finished. This week we had Will on the job. He really impressed my husband with his work ethic and friendliness. That is not easy to do. Will needs a raise, but we know the owners value their workers as much as we do.

I have used this company for over a decade, and they have never failed to do a good job, and they always seem to go a little extra way to be a cut above the rest.

The technician was early, and called when he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable of the system (they had installed it for the previous home owner) and very easy to talk to, educating me on what needed to be done as he discovered it. He performed the routine maintenance, ran to get parts & returned to replace the damaged parts. I was completely satisfied with their services & contacted with them to maintain the system going forward.

Justin Yager answered my call and scheduled a visit on same day. He was very polite, professional and thorough. Cost was minimal. I was so pleased with the work that I signed a service contract that is much cheaper than my previous company.
