Our experience with them was positive. Workers are always extremely courteous and competent. I love working with a local business.

The young man who came out was simply exceptional. He explained everything he did and the complete situation as the unit is an old one and needed a fair amount of work. I have not had great experiences in the past with some of the contractors I've hired so this was a breath of fresh air and I cannot recommend Pardners enough to anyone who needs air conditioning or heater service. Definitely 5 stars!

This provider responded quickly to the message I left on Monday morning and were able to come out that afternoon. The young man that came out discovered that the other company that originally installed our wi-fi thermostat had not correctly hooked up the wiring for the unit. This meant that the heater would not work well at all. He was fast and efficient and did the job right. The heater now works better than it ever did. The speed of response and the courtesy of the staff is greatly appreciated.

After noticing the ac unit running and blowing warm air, I called Pardners. They sent someone out within a few hours and fixed the issue. * We have used this company since 2002, when we did some renovations and remodeling on our house. Fred helped us design a zoned system for better energy efficiency. They are responsive, proffessional and reasonable. We recommend them to all our friends.

Technicians were professional and very knowledgable.

They did a great job and told us they didn't understand what the other person was doing. They put in a new fan motor and that was that. He told us we didn't need a whole new system.

They are friendly. They have great customer service. They have even went out of their way to find the right filters for my furnace. They always come right away when I call.

The workers give nothing but fantastic service. They have always been responsible and I ve never have had any problems. They get here and get the job done quickly. I would have no problem recommending them.

They came right away and were polite. I don't think the pricing was outrageous. I would hire them again.
