Description of Work: Was supposed to build a full service dine in restaurant, and be finished by mid-May 2014. He built the building without adequate room for the septic system, and waited until after the building was near completion before he even tried to apply for the septic permit. He then interfered with the process of obtaining the permit, and blamed the problems on us. He made numerous mistakes, and blamed us for them. He has made many untruthful statements. He was unavailable to talk to for months, and didn't return phone calls. When we finally had a face to face meeting with him, he asked us to leave, and threatened to call the police.

 + -1 moreFrom start through completion of our custom home, Matt Ridgeway and his staff were very accommodating, flexible, and professional. We are pleased with the final result and glad we selected Northshore Homes to be our builder.
Description of Work: Matt Ridgeway walked us through the process of building our custom home from initial drawings through completion. They performed all processes from initial site visit, clearing the land, and completing the building of our home.
