+ -1 moreThey did a good job. No problems. They were quick. They did all of them in around 2 hours. They were extremely responsive and efficient. Once I called her, she was out here and she was very quick with the measurements and got me an estimate right away. When they were supposed to come out, some flooring work was going on and she was kind enough to reschedule it and they came back in a couple of days. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: They installed blinds throughout the house. It was around 14 regular wooden blinds.

+ -1 moreThey were awesome! They were very good to work with. It looks like iron work that looks like iron scroll work inserts into your non operational windows like skylights and stuff. It looks like iron work but it is really plastic and it is custom fitted for your windows. They did this on 3 of my windows and it is beautiful. The price was kind of high but it is very unique. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Trey did a perfect job with the installation, and they look gorgeous. We live in Waco, but Darby and Trey were gracious enough to make multiple trips to accommodate our needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend Blind Faith.

Darby & her husband were very gracious & agreed to reschedule. They came back out & were very prompt & efficient in their installation.

Description of Work: I had Blind Faith install shutters on all the windows in my house. The majority of the windows were done with real wood shutters and the master bathroom was done with a composite material. Both products looked very nice and functioned well. The pricing was also very competitive. I got quotes from a few different manufacturers and they were at the bottom of the price range. | |The only negative from the experience is there was a delay on one of my windows because of a custom arch. There was some miscommunication on when that would be ready and I had to have 2 different install dates. It was minor as my work is flexible and I was able to accommodate both installs. | |I just recently moved and miss the shutters already. So I'll be using Blind Faith again in the near future to install shutters on my new home. Overall they did a great job and Darby was easy to talk to and friendly.

+ -1 moreIt has been a few years since I had this work done but I was not a member of Angie's List at the time. However, I was so happy with the work they did I decided to submit a late review. I already had plantation shutters on a large window in the front of my house that the builder had installed for us. When we decided to add shutters to the dining room as well, I found Blind Faith online and liked their reviews. Darby came out with loads of samples for us to pick from. She is very knowledgeable about shutters and gave us some good info. She did the measuring as well. As I recall, it took a few weeks to get them built (there were 7 windows.) The installation crew was excellent. Everything hangs and fits perfectly. The the quality of the Blind Faith shutters is far superior to the one I already had and their price was better as well. I would not hesitate to use Blind Faith again or recommend them to others.
