Description of Work: The work was performed well but the charges were excessive. Since they would not give me a ballpark figure for installing a new garbage disposal, I either had to pay the service call plus someone else to do the job, or let them do the job cause I would probably have paid close to the same amount anyway. When I first called I was told that they had no way of knowing how much the job would cost . The young man who did the work told me that they had a set fee for all their jobs as they have a book they follow. Further, if I had agreed to paying $99.00 for a service contract I would receive $25 off. Replacing the garbage disposal, which I had bought elsewhere, ended up costing over $300.00!
