He was thorough and helpful in making everything from color choice to downspout locations. We had a bid within minutes. It was extremely fair and we accepted on the spot. He called back two days later and they installed our gutters. The installation went smoothly. They even worked around a couple of problem spots at no extra charge. I lady drove by and was so impressed with their work that she asked for a bid as well. The gutters installed in a seamless [pun intended] process and in no time our yard was spotless and they were gone. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Ed"

"This has been a mess since day 1. I hope nobody makes the expensive time consuming mistake that we did. They sent teenagers out here to fix the gutters. They started at 2pm and left after 90 minutes. They replaced one gutter in the front of our home but said it wasn't correctly done. They said they would send somebody out to look at it, and didn't come for two weeks. When they did arrive it was an unscheduled visit while we were away. They told us that they couldn't replace the gutters but they could add a filter. We want NEW gutters because the ones we have don't have enough spouts, they have incorrect pitches, and leak. Why put filters on old gutters?? So what are we supposed to do with the gutters that are hanging off the front of the home and with sharp edges everywhere?? They cut the old gutter hangers from the roof and it's impossible to clean with hands when needed. The 'new' gutters aren't what we wanted and are installed sloppily. They want us to pay for this mess that will have to be fixed by another company??? Most unprofessional waste of time and money. I fear we will be hiring legal council soon. I have already filed a complaint with BBB. Avoid this company like the PLAGUE!!!"
