+ 0 moreFirst of all the receptionist was rude, both in person & on the phone. It took several days longer than estimated to get the window repaired...holding up my job. When expediter delivered window to job it was scratched in several places. No apologies for rudeness, tardiness or scratches on window. Expediter told me that the receptionist was rude attitude changed only when the expediter was paying for the window. I would not use, nor recommend, this company. I guess being the only local glass company leads to a certain degree of arrogance...
Description of Work: Had a single glass from a double pane window replaced.
