JT Appliance Repair did a great job on our Samsung dryer. They came quickly and the repair was efficient. When the defect recurred, they stood behind their work and fixed it at no cost. Very professional and friendly.

Our repair service went great. We had placed our request for quotes/estimates and received a response from JT Appliance within the hour. They informed us that they could come out that next day. Our technician was punctual, followed COVID protocols and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on hand and was able to repair our dryer.

Everything went very smoothly! Francisco called me within 15 minutes of going on to Angie's List and was at my home within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote with a written invoice, kept me involved with what was going on the whole time. Due to it being late in the afternoon, he picked up the part he needed the next morning and came over first thing! He completed the job in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be calling JT's appliance repair in the future for any of my appliance repair needs. I highly recommend this business!

The mechanic came the first day diagnosed the problems with both appliances, came the next day with the new parts, installed it and everything is fine now. Happy wife.

They were outstanding when you call and if they were not available, they will give you a call back. They will set up the time and they were prompt. They were extremely knowledgeable to the problem we have. They will diagnose first the problem and they will order the parts that will come from the manufacturer after they will call us to let us know that they were coming back for the installation to fix it. They did everything to make it work and they were wonderful.
