Description of Work: Cleaned out old plants from flower beds and panted new ones. Everything seemed satisfactory until I attempted to contact Mr. Rollins with some questions about some problems. I don't know if he was having a bad day (week) but he was very unprofessional, rude, angry, accusatory and above all inconsiderate. I was only trying to find out the names of a couple of shrubs which had died within months of being planted so I could replace them. I also told him that his crew had broken a sprinkler line, but that had been fixed and I wasn't asking him to take care of it. After our initial conversation about the dead plants, he said he would come take a look at them but he was going out of town and asked if it would be ok for him to call me after he returned to set up an appointment. He never called back, and as far as I knew he never came by the house. Two weeks later I found his business card stuck in my front door (which I very seldom use). I began trying to call him and find out what was going on. I left messages on his voice mail. Only after I left a voice mail message saying I didn't know of anything else I could do but leave response on Angie's List did he reply...Within a few minutes of me leaving that voice mail message. I would not recommend Mr. Rollins' landscape services to anyone.

Description of Work: Irrigation system and grass

Description of Work: The crew from Rollins Landscape worked long & hard and did a good job in general for a good price. I took off for 'Quality' because of items (trash & dirt piles) that were left behind for me to cleanup and for a few borders that were not straight. Tony Rollins, the owner, was excellent at managing his crew and at listening, suggesting and knowing what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. Tony said he would return to check on a few areas of the jobs and I am still expecting that to happen. Assuming that does happen, I would highly recommend this business for any type of landscaping or lawn/garden work.
