They're very prompt, you can have them out on a Sunday. We know them, we trust them. Their daughter used to work for us. Everybody knows everybody.

They were very thorough, and they cleaned up their mess. He went through and showed us how to use the unit.

A/C unit quit working on a Sunday evening. Called Tobler Air on Monday morning around 7:15 a.m. and left message. He called back within a few minutes. Arrived at my home around 9:00 a.m. I had called Tobler A/C last year and he had replaced the fan in the outside unit. I was very pleased with his service at that time, so when the a/c went down I called him again. After examining the unit, he explained the problem and repaired it. He did not charge me, stating that the failure was part of the fan that was replaced the previous year and therefore, the warranty covered it. He is very professional yet pleasant and courteous. I visited with him about the age and condition of my a/c unit (it is 26 years old). We discussed options for replacing the unit at a later date. I was very pleased with his responsiveness to my call, his speed in arriving to repair the unit and his knowledge. My husband and I had already planned to replace this unit during the winter months and after my discussion with Mr. Tobler, we will definitely utilize his company for the installation.
