J's Drywall

Looks good except for the little things he promised. Drywall went up in a day, CHECK! Taping/Bedding/Texture, CHECK! Walls look good, CHECK! He claimed he would leave the place as if he would never been there, BUZZ! Photos of the floors before/after... Window Sills, Ledges, door recesses, all with loads of white dust everywhere. He claimed he is puts at all locations where the ceiling lights lines were hanging down, BUZZ!! There are a couple of, but not all of them by a far sight. Fact of the matter is: I do not view him as a man of his word. If he promises something that is not in writing he does not plan on actually doing it. Get it in writing or forget it. Everything was going so well until I tried to hold him to things he said. For me, that is enough to warrant a 2 Star deduction. Use his services; he shows up on time, he prioritizes the work, it gets done. But, hire a cleaning crew and expect the added cost/trouble of anything he says he is going to do to fall on you.

Juan had to completely rip out ceiling to floor in bathroom and closet. He was neat and did an excellent job. He had to take out all bathroom fixtures and cabinets and reinstall.. It isnâ t easy to find a good drywall man. He is going to do more work for me so I will forward another review on completion.

New cabin construction: the drywall install was not good and the texture he applied was sporadic. He also painted the vaulted ceiling and walls. I assumed he was an experienced painter but It must have been his first paint job. The quality of the paint job is very bad. He also ruined my brand new front door because he didn't know what he was doing. He said his work was satisfaction guaranteed but that must not be true. He has promised a number of times that he will come back out and look at it and see if he can fix it. He has failed to show every time he was supposed to come back out. He didn't even reassemble the window set in my front door. The paint was bubbling and running into the glass assembly. Half of the screws were not replaced and I don't know what he did with those. I am very disappointed. I am going to have to hire someone to come fix the areas around every switch and outlet. I think I will now have hire someone to come repaint the entire cabin with a roller. I will also have to buy a new door and then pay someone to have it painted. I was really suprised by the poor quality of work, especially because I read so many good reviews. Beware.

Very neat and cleaned up very well when finished. Kept the dust down and he was very courteous.

Juan installed drywall in a room in my barn. It was full of challenges and he rose to the occasion. He was very professional and got the job done a head of schedule. I would hire him again for any future drywall work.

They were very responsive , and the quality of work was exceptional. I had a bathroom remodeled and found J's drywalling on this sight with excellent reviews. Juan came into complete the repairs for the drywall and to paint. I could not tell where the old and new met.

Contractor was very professional. He installed drywall and crown molding and I was very satified. His fee was reasonable and he completed the job in a timely manner. He is very neat and cleaned up each day. Great personality and I would recommend him to all my friends. Loved my results!!

He was on time, reasonably priced and did an outstanding job.

They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I will not hesitate to call them for the job
