Description of Work: WE have used Bryan for several years. He replaced our a/c unit several years ago at our home. His prices are very good; service is outstanding. We also had some repairs done on a home were remodeling. We thought we would need to replace the whole unit. Bryan found a small problem that only cost a couple hundred dollars. He is very honest and professional.

Description of Work: Dog Gone Cool replace our complete A/C unit. Enter and outer units. Brian the owners word is Golden. They did a fantastic job,installation products, and quality of service was great. I would recomend Done Gone Cool to anyone, they were the best of the BEST!

+ -1 moreI rated the service as excellent. I have had an A/C guy, also recommended on Angie's, so I offered the job to him ( his initial estimate was $200 higher. My guy took the job at the competitive price. If he hadn't, I would have used Brian and Dog gone!
Description of Work: I called and was able to speak directly with Brian. I informed him of the problem, noted I needed a very low cos option for repair of the unit. He listened and clearly understood. He called me back in 15 minutes with the price. It was exactly what I needed!

+ -1 moreThey were good. He left as he didn't have the parts and took a little bit of time to come back. I thought that it wouldn't get fixed until the next day or so but he did it in that same day. I called him in the morning and he said he would be here around the lunchtime, he came out here and checked it and he took out the part, tried it but it wouldn't. He had to open the thing from the inside he did that and he had to go with the part and came back. That was good.
Description of Work: I have used Dog Gone Cool Heating & AC. They came to check on our heater because our pilot light wasn't working anymore. They came and fixed that and replaced it. They came in December for the heater and stuff.

+ -1 moreIt went wonderful! The whole process took a total of less than 3 hours including the trip to town to purchase plywood for the weak base which was found after the unit was removed. The unit was removed, and the coils cleaned. When it came time to reinstall the unit the filter converter was attached and the unit rewired properly during install. I know come find the ac filter I need and the thermostat controls works as they should. My brother had done the original installation and I learned that I should have used a reputable company from the start! Thank you Brian and Dog Gone Cool Air!
Description of Work: They had to pull my air handler out, clean the coils and re-install it properly. The floor in the closet had to be reinforced and a 20 x 20 filter converter was installed to have a filter size that is easily found. Brian also rewired the unit.
