Experience was great from start to finish. Don met me on location, ensured that him and I were on the same page, and followed up with me every step of the way. The cost was a little bit more than 2 other bids that i took, but their reviews were great. The fence is fantastic and put up very quickly. I recommend ACE fence for anyone's wood panel fencing needs. My friendly neighbor LOVES the fence and decided to install one himself. He has been happy with the workmanship and appearance of the fence.

I would say that overall it went really well. I found this company in the yellow pages. I called and got an estimate at first and then moved onto the property. I thought it would be ok for a while to leave the property unfenced, but found out otherwise very quickly that having to contain 3 dogs was not going to work without a fence!! I called jeff a week after I had moved in and left him a mssg. that I was in desperate need to get the fence built asap. He called me back promptly and was at my home with a contract in hand, the same day!! And I have to say, I like the fact that there was a contract...it made me feel more protected as a consumer. Well, the only money he asked for down was to cover the cost of the materials. In just a day or two within signing the contract, jeff was allready at work on the fence. I had told him the back fence didnt so much matter looks wise as the front fence. He came up with a solution of putting up an all metal fence in the back, and a wooden plank fence in the front which is what I wanted...doing this turned out to be cost effective for me, and the back fencing was still very nice looking. I was absolutely satisfied with the fencing job that jeff and his help did. It turned out alot better than I thought it would. I have had so many compliments from the ups driver, to the insecticide guy, to friends and family!! And they also redid my front porch...it turned out beautifull as well!! Jeff and his helpers were there just about every morning before I even got home from work!! They were very nice and courteous...jeff played with my dogs, and even took time out to watch my daughter show off her cheer dances and tumbling stunts...but they were also very professional and upfront about what they were doing...any questions I had about the process, he was more than willing to answer...I also had an electric dog wire put around the inside of my fence, and he even cleaned off my roof, no charge!! And the dirt that they shoveled up from digging the holes for the fence posts, they used to fill in the holes in my driveway!! When they were done at my home they went to my moms house and put up a chain link fence for a chicken yard and that turned out just wonderfull as well. These guys really know what they're doing and I would definately use them again if I EVER need anything done at my hm..they can fence,remodel, do decks, weld...etc...oh, they also put some covers on my gutters...a bit pricey in my opinion, but then again, I have no idea what that would cost elsewhere...but they did a great job on that as well!!
