We clean carpets

I attempted to use this provider 3 times. Each and every time they were more than 4 hours late. When I called to express displeasure for the 3rd time they offered nothing but excuses on why they were late and that once the technician got here I would be happy with the service. I told the person I spoke with who claimed to be the Manger about this being the 3rd attempt to use their service and again they were late. He apologized and told me that the company prided themselves on being on time and again offered excuses on why they were going to be late. I typically use a service called Carpet Express and told him that they are the same price and have never been late and that didn't seem to phase him. He again apologized and the call ended. No attempt was ever made to save me as a customer. I will not be using their services and urge everyone to stay away from this company.
