Joshua was very knowledgeable and completed what we needed as the best recommendation with thoughts of future ways that may help. He was courteous and genuine and I love the fact that some of the work order proceeds go to breast cancer research (I am a 1-1/2 year survivor). This will be the only plumbing service we use in the future.
