Description of Work: they replace the roof over the living portion of my house (not over the carport), removed popcorn ceiling, repaired water damage, and replaced the back fence. Much of the work wasn't done well.

They were very quick and were here when they said they would be here. They did the work exactly as they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well and gave us a quality product. There were no surprises.

The roof comes with a 25 year warranty. Josh was the one that I worked with and he was really good. They did excellent work on the home. After they finished, they sent me pictures and contacted the tenants to make sure that there weren't any problems. He even went to check the house after the first big storm. They really went the extra mile and I am very happy with their work and with the service that they provided.
Description of Work: They put a complete new roof on a rental house that I own.
