Mark and Wesley were amazing to work with. They are communicative and honest, letting us know all the options and the risks and benefits of each. We have used them for years and will continue to do so until they are no longer an option.

Fantastic. Fixed the problem and then pointed out that I have a branch hanging over my roof that I really need to have trimmed. I hadn't noticed it, so I greatly appreciated him going above an beyond. House is cool. All is well and the gentleman was prompt and courteous. Could not have received better service!

Mark Heine went out of his way to research the issue and to find a solution. He and his worker rewired from the unit to the thermostat and installed the thermostat. They even cleaned up afterward as if they had never been here. I am completely happy and impressed with the ethics and quality of work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The project went perfect. Mr. Heine had to call the manufacturer of my older furnace and verify that it could be mounted horizontally instead of the vertical position it had been in. I appreciate that he put in the extra effort and didn't try to get me to buy a new furnace. The entire system has been working perfectly since 2013 (this review is being done in 2017). I called Mr. Heine out one time to help balance the air flow and he came out when I was available.

It was a positive experience. He also had to clean the system and recharge it. This is going back a ways so the price is approximate.

They are prompt, courteous and know their business. If there is a problem they explain it thoroughly and the cost for repair. They are a reputable company that I wouldn't leave unless they were to close their business. Wesley is helping his father in the business and serviced the AC today. He was very courteous and detailed everything he did on my bill. I have used them for over 12 years. I highly recommend them.

Perfectly. Mark Heine researched and located an efficient and cost-effective unit for my small rental house. The unit was ordered and installed within several days, and has been used for about four months now. It keeps the house cool and the electricity cost has gone down.,

Every job has been done to my satisfaction. Mark is diligent about finding the problem and repairing what is broken, and also looking out for contributory things that also need repair. Or locating replacement parts that are good and more economical. His team is equally professional and efficient. I would never dream of calling anyone else.

Everything these guys do is done well. When a time is set, Texas HVAC is prompt and very efficient in going right to work to identify and fix the problem. They care for both my residence in Dallas and a rental property in Cedar Hill. My repairs have each been timely, effective and reasonably priced. Was very pleased with the work, Service man even showed the defective part and explained to me what its purpose is. It was a faulty contactor on my outside AC unit.

Went very well. No complaints what so ever.

Our unit completely stopped working. Called them early that morning and they said they would make every attempt to get there the same day. It was later in the evening, probably 5, before they got there. So appreciated them working a long day to help us out! In Texas, in the summer, to get someone out the same day - AWESOME! They repaired the unit, going over the cost and explaining in detail before they did the work. It is an older unit and they just wanted to let us know before we spent the money repairing an older unit. By 7 that evening we were up and running, and system is still running fine! Next time we have a problem we probably will put in a new unit, and we'll definitely use Texas Air for that also. Have recommended to two other people, and both were pleased. Professional, punctual and honest!
