I have used them twice recently. My water heater was leaking, I called the company and they got somebody out here almost immediately. That was a fast response. He looked at it and left to go get the water heater and came right back, and installed it.

I called them to install a new water heater. It was located under the stairs so it had to be a low profile heater. They did not have one in stock that would fit thru the doors unless they removed the door trim/facings to 2 doors. I agreed but they did a very poor job of removing and replacing the trim. They actually gouged a chunk of wood out of the door trim trying to get the heater through the door. Later I had problems with the heater overheating and I had to keep pushing the reset button. The warranty was out by then but I called the office to inquire about it anyway. They said the water in Irving was the reason the heater was giving me problems and there was nothing they could do. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and only then did they come out to see if it could be fixed. They changed the thermostat but it did not fix the problem. The last time I called they did not return my call. I still regularly wake up to no hot water and have to reset the button and wait for it to heat.

Plumber gave us advice about a repair that we could perform ourselves and charged us nothing for the service call. We have used Ron's many times for plumbing services and found them prompt, courteous, and their repairs excellent at moderate cost.

They might be good plumbers, but since they never showed up or communicated with me, I wouldn't know.

I HAD CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE REQUESTING SERVICE FOR A STOPPED UP SEWER ON JULY 4. EARLY THE NEXT MORNING, I HAD A CALL FROM THEIR OFFICE, OFFERING TO HAVE SOMEONE OUT WITHIN AN HOUR. THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE IN 45 MINUTES, DID A QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. STEVEN EVEN REPLACED MY POOR FITTING CLEANOUT COVER WITH A SPARE ONE HE HAD.
