Reliant Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Our original installation wore completely out and had to be replaced. Along with that came new ductwork throughout the system plus two new return air ducts; quite a retrofit for a 12 year old home. The men arrived promptly and, as I was told, they completed the project in one shift, including clean-up. Only a very small amount of dust was left, which was insignificant. The new Carrier Infinity is a fantastic improvement to the original Bryant (a second line Carrier). My only complaint is that the new return air grill in the Master Bedroom is large and through it I can hear the unit in the attic running during the A/C mode. As I have yet to contact the company to see if it can be improved I cannot voice or write a legitimate gripe. I will know more later whether it is a noise we can adapt to.

Description of Work: We were having problems with the a/c system draining out of the secondary drain pan. Rusty water was coming out of the drain pipe unto the roof and the patio. We have not have the a/c system inspected in a while. We called Reliant and set up a service call. Joe from Reliant was on time and very professional. He cleaned the drain and replaced a couple parts on the system that needed replacement. We also purchased a service plan so we can better keep up with our a/c and heating systems before we run into problems. Joe was informative and not pushy in any way. I feel the service was good and the price was fair. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Came on time and put freon in AC.. Said unable to find leak unless I agreed to and extra charge of about $300 for system check.. I understand but feel it was a bit exorbitant..
