Joe has been coming to our house for the last 3 years and has done a marvelous job in making sure our units are ready for the season ahead. He has great customer service, he’s a hard worker and more importantly he’s a wonderful friend. We can’t thank him and Reliant enough for all they do for us!

Dan was wonderful, arrived when he said he would and got everything done quickly. Would definitely use again.

Great and Dan even found a problem I had and fixed it. The last tech (not Reliant) had left a door off so it wasn’t cooling as well so that was a great save for me.

The rep arrived on time and was very personable and friendly. He checked the unit, made recommendations that seemed reasonable. He was in and out very quickly and didn’t do something just for the sake of charging me. I would definitely use them again.

I cannot tell you how fortunate I am to have had my yearly furnace and air conditioner maintenance taken care of by Lapolena. This gentleman represents Reliant Air Conditioning in all the best ways possible. He is courteous, kind, professional and amazingly thorough. In the 4 years I have been using Reliant, no one has been as conscientious as Lapolena. I was mortified when he showed me a register on the third level of my house that I wasn’t even aware of... yes, that filter needed changing! He was considerate to the point of asking me if it would be ok to use their green cleaner on my furnace, as I have a parrot and he was concerned about it possibly being unhealthy for her. How thoughtful! Lapolena is the absolute best and you can bet I will request him in the future! Thank you, Lapolena! You made my day! Reliant is so lucky to have you!

So I call these guys saying my ac unit is not blowing cold. Mind you its a new unit. New home in Aubrey. Called on Saturday. The finally come at 1pm on Sunday to say there is nothing they can do. Its 90 degrees in our new home. They came ill prepared. Someone needs to make this right. How cam they come without parts or tools or anything else

Couldn't have been better. I did what the commercial said: got 3 bids. I chose Reliant - no only a competitive price (actually the best) but Bobby G (comfort specialist) went above and beyond, putting 6 lbs of R22 in my old system to ride me over until the crew could get there with new system. They were done in 6 hours (had to wait an hour for a part). I paid exactly the quoted price. Crew was excellent, efficient, courteous, took time to explain new smart thermostat. I'm duly impressed and would highly recommend Reliant.

Still the best. Technician arrived early and immediately went to work. He made quick work of diagnosing the problem and gave me all the options for repair parts and costs. The best option was not much more in price than the lowest option and came with a much longer warranty, so we chose that. He fixed it in minutes and was incredibly professional and polite. He offered free advice on some maintenance issues and troubleshooting for future reference. We will always use Reliant. Technician was Lapolena.

Very well! I was thoroughly impressed with their work, their professionalism.

I did my research and got four other bids before calling Reliant. Jeff was able to come out the same day and provide a competitive bid and was really focused on solving our comfort issues by offering solutions that other companies had not thought of. Jeff was professional, thorough, and honest. He even offered to fix some things a previous contractor had not done properly. Within two days, he got a crew out to do the entire HVAC system replacement. I was equally impressed with Carlos and his crew who did an excellent job following through on everything that was promised as well as going above and beyond with any questions we had. We could not be happier for the new AC experience in our home and are very glad we chose Reliant over some competitors. On a related note, we would definitely recommend going with a two stage heat pump as it is so quiet you can barely hear it running - thanks again, Reliant! We are a comfortable and happy family for many years to come!

We got our 30 minute call that are tech, Joe Allen, was on his way. We had 3 ac units tuned up. Joe has been to our house before and is always friendly and professional.

The repair guy was straight to work, got the job done and ask questions about my AC unit, will informational tech. Thank you for the great job.

Joe was on time and very professional. He listened to my concerns and addressed them as well as thoroughly checked our heating system. Very nice man, will be happy to do business again with him!

Reliant technicians were punctual, professional and thorough. Cleaned up and removed all the old equipment.

Reliant tech was on site within the same morning that we called. The tech was able to quickly identify that it was the capacitor that had failed. Tech had the parts necessary to perform the repair. System was operational within an hour of his arrival. Tech was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

Initially I gave these guys an F and bad review because I was unhappy with their response to some ceiling damage I received that was due to their initial installation of my system. But David, their Customer Service Manager called me back and the company took full responsibility for their workmanship, repaired the incorrect installation that caused the water damage (quickly), and then took care of the ceiling repair at no cost (also within days). I believe in giving companies like this a second chance and have changed my review and faith in using Reliant and will continue to use them in the future. I also think their Technician Eddie was world class and made a huge difference in the way he handled it from their end when coming out. ALL COMPANIES make mistakes and no one person is perfect, but it is the way they handle their faults that makes them worth working with, and I stand by Reliant.

Technicians quickly identified the problem and repaired it very quickly. Exceeded my expectations.
