I wanted an estimate on a complete central heating and cooling system installed in a recently purchased home that had never had one. Mr Skaggs came out and took a look at the requirements, and sat down with me to review what I was going to need. In the final written estimate, he conveniently overlooked some of the parts that would be necessary to complete the job (ie copper lines 350.00, 10 year labor warranty 585.00, new duct work 1200.00. I brought it to his attention, and he stated that some customers don't need new copper lines, but since there was never a system installed in this house, that would be required. I felt a bit like I was being duped and charges would later surface when the final bill came. I also told him that I wanted a 10 year warranty for labor, but that too was conveniently forgotten. After all the items were added, the estimate was increased by another 2135.00.

I called Reliant about poor AC performance. They were able to provide next day service. Technician troubleshooted the system and identified low freon in one unit and an electrical break in the other. He charged both systems and replaced a wire fixing the electrical short. Technician was knowledgeable and had systems up and running in about 2 hours. Wife and kids are happier now, thanks Reliant.

Installed a new system last year. They called a week in advence of the scheduled appointment to verify. Chris was here on time and performed the exact services, plus he cleaned the outside compressor while he was here at no extra charge. I love my new Carrier A/C system and how it works. Electric bills are way down and these guys are GREAT!

They provided a solid estimate. They performed the work in the time they stated and the unit works fine.

The job took two days to complete. They were on time, and finished on time. The installation team was neat, clean, friendly and did a great job. After the installation, a supervisor came to inspect the system and teach us how to use the computerized thermostat and to control our zoning system. I did not know that this was even possible. Compared to the other companies that came out these guys were very professional, and did not make me feel like they were just trying to sell me something. To the contrary, they showed me how to use one system instead of two and save money on equipment and utility bills. I got a great deal and great financing through Carrier and qualified for the tax credit. I saved over $3,000 compared to the next best price, plus got a Carrier system as opposed to some brand of equipment that I'd never heard of.

They do all our HVAC maintance and they are wonderful to work with.

It went well. I have used Reliant Heating and Air for a number of years on repair work to my AC units as they were the company that installed them. Their technicians are always punctual and know their stuff well. This trip they patched the holes in the unit and let me know that they would hopefully hold long term, but that there was no guarantee. Rather than replacing the compressor, I took the gamble of the fix and it has been working fine ever since. I would definitely use them again.

They are competent and they get the work done. The price depends on what we have done. I was pleasantly surprised at what they had charged for their most recent visit.

I later found out that they didn't install the proper size of ducts. Their customer service representative was not very nice over the phone.

I found their technicians to be professional, attentive, and exacting. I was frustrated with the drain pan, though, because it appears that the crew who installed the pan did not blow out the actual drain line. So, the return trip in March was to blow out the drain line. But, Reliant came out to fix the problem at no cost. I also used the 10% off coupon for Angie's List members.

They are always on time, their people are courteous, and they've always delivered quality work at a fair price.

I CALLED RELIANT ON A SUNDAY. RELIANT CAME ON A HOT SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND REPLACED THE CAPACITOR. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR THEM TO COME. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.

THEY HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE VERY POLITE, RESPECTFUL, AND HELPFUL. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY INFORMATIVE AND WILLING TO HELP US IN RESOLVING AN ISSUE WITH OUR BUILDER THAT SHOULD BE FIXED UNDER OUR WARRANTY. EVERYONE FROM RELIANT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, AND HELPFUL.

THEY HAD TO ORDER CORRECT PART, SO THEY USED A TEMPORARY FAN TO MAKE REPAIR. THEY WANTED ME TO ACCEPT THE TEMPORARY FAN AND NOT REPLACE IT WITH THE SPECIFIC PART FOR MACHINE, WHICH WOULD COST ME MORE MONEY.
