Reliant Air Conditioning

It was went well. The techs name was Michael and he was very professional. He on time and called before hand to let me know when he would arrive. He performed a check on all the units along with washing down each unit. He explained to me in detail what he was doing and why it was needed. We covered their maint program which I ended up purchasing. It over all good. A bit pricy but I wanted to ensure my AC units were getting top notch customer service and preparing for this TX heat.

They also arrived on time and were very professional.

Service Tech Joe Allen came out and did a wonderful job of checking and fixing our A/C which had died two days before. He walked me through all the steps he was taking, explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He also repeated every thing for my wife, who always has more questions than I can remember the answers for. Reliant is now our new service provider for AC work, hands down. I'd recommend Reliant to anyone.

Prompt communication, effortless scheduling. Got a heads-up call prior to technician's arrival, just as had been promised. Tech arrived on time, very professional and courteous, explained what tasks he was there to perform. Clean and respectful of the house, both inside and outside. Discovered that the Freon was low, refilled 3 lbs at what seemed like a reasonable price. Suggested the semi-annual maintenance plan, which we'll most likely purchase. After multiple issues and terrible times with Avery, years ago, we had been left with negative attitude towards HVAC companies. Thanks to Reliant, we may have found a regular service provider.

Very professional and friendly technicians. They were on-time and left no mess once they were finished. I would highly recommend using their service.

They sent out two technicians. They tried to be neat which might have been difficult due to the insulation in the attic being loose. But upon my request, they cleaned as they proceeded. They removed the outside unit, replaced the slab, installed 17 infinity Carrier 2 mods, upsized one 12" return to 18" duct/grill. Changed barker for outside unit from 50 to 60 amp. Started about 9am and finished about 9pm. Vacuumed up area afterwards.

It was fine and they did what they said they were going to do. He forgot to put the magnetic strip back on that covered the filter. I did not have any issues with them. Their prices were fair. They got the job done in about one hour.

He was a great guy. He did everything and even went above what he was supposed to. He was excellent. He came out a day or two after I purchased the Big Deal. I did not have to wait. There were no extra charges. As a matter of fact, he even found out something that I was supposed to have had done two years ago was never done. He was very thorough. I trusted him. I never had problems with the service. I am 73 years old and I could not go up in the attic to check what he was telling me that had not been done. He even took pictures with my cellphone to show me what was going on up there.

When I purchased this deal, I didn't see the service area until after I had made the purchase. The company was quick to respond, letting me know that they were unable to complete the requested service. The email I received was polite and professional. Angie's List representatives responded in a timely manner and a refund is in process.

It went well. I was able to make an appointment in one day. They arrived as scheduled and the technician did a good job. He answered any questions I asked and provided good information of possible problem down the road. I expected that due to my unit being kind of old. He took his job very seriously and everything went fine with no problems. If I have problems in the future I will be calling this company again. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me any thing. The technician came and did what was hired to do and made recommendations when I requested.

On time, professional, friendly. Would use them again without question.

The provider found a problem with a part on the AC. He explained the problem with the part. I called my husband and told him of the problem and had the Relaint Air replace the part. We had a simliar problem last summer and had another ac company replace the part, he did not have a new part and rplaced it with on that had been recondition. We were aware the part needed replacing. The AC is working well. We will certainly use Relaint again. Very professionly young man, very prompt and friendly.

Technician wasn't as knowledgeable about my system as previous techs. Initially gave wrong information about replacement of outside condensor. However, he did confirm the need for a new unit. He was quick to contact the office for a consort with their sales person, in reference to purchasing a new unit...appointment was made, but no show.

I purchased a semi-annual HVAC agreement. It went really well! They quickly reached out to me after I purchased the deal. We'd set up a time that would work with my schedule and said they would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. They did call and were on time. Then he did the inspection and answered all my questions in the process. He said everything went well and looked great but that I was low on freon. He quoted me the price and was able to fill the unit right then. After he was done he told me how I would be contacted for the fall inspection and to contact them if there were any problems with the unit on between then and now.

We had to reschedule because of the weather. Jeff was great! Very knowledgable and my husband was very pleased with him.

I wasn’t there but my husband was there and it went pretty good. They did everything they said and everything that I paid for. They got there on time and that helps a lot. They were very professional and they also gave us a list of things that needed to be done. The pricing was fair.

Reliant called 30 mins prior to the technician arriving, as promised. Jonathan, the technician, was polite and friendly. He put foot covers on before entering the house and was very professional in appearance. He covered all the surrounding carpet while working on the indoor unit. When he made the suggestion about the capacitor I told him I wanted to think about it for a bit. While I mulled it over he went outside to check and service the outdoor unit. I did decide to replace the capacitor and he did it in short order with a great attitude! He also gave me information about other services offered by Reliant and explained those services. No pressure sell. I ALWAYS appreciate that! This is the type of service that will absolutely make me a repeat customer!

Technician (Tony) arrived on time, was prepared, professional and courteous. He was able to clean our dirty evaporator coil without pulling it (saving us money). He was knowledgeable and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Scheduled for Friday, but crew could not find the house. Rescheduled for Monday. Crew arrived on time Monday and went right to work. Work took all day, and was very professional. Two men working. Thermostat installation was last, and took awhile. Initial thermostat had only bright and dim setting. Bright while setting and dim when not touching buttons. Unfortunately, dim was very bright at night, somewhat like leaving the TV on. I complained and they replaced the thermostat immediately with another brand that went out when not programming. Very responsive. A few days later they called to ask how everything worked. Good follow-up.

Wow. Gustavo was so thorough, so professional. We have had several companies carry out this service, but nothing as thorough and professional as this. In addition to assuring that all three units were fully functional, he found a very old filter someone had put in a return and a disconnect on the drain for one of the units. He spent much longer here than any other service person, showed us photos of issues, and corrected them. We definitely will continue service with Reliant!

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 pm. Every time I called for update it kept being pushed back. The last time given to me was 6:00 pm. At 5:45 the dispatcher called and said they would have to reschedule for next day. But it would be afternoon before they could schedule. They knew this was inspection for home purchase and each time they made a change we had to contact listing agent. They should have just told me they were too busy to do inspection.

Beyond wonderful! We work nights & sleep days, so when our AC stopped working, we needed help fast. Who can sleep in a hot room, IN TEXAS? Connie, from their Customer Service Department, responded by phone to my email (as I requested), then juggled their schedule to get someone to our place quickly. The Technician that showed up (Jonathan) found our problem quickly and we had cool air within 30 minutes! Also, one unit had a condensation hose that was disconnected, which he repaired - that could have caused water damage if he had not found it. We happily signed up for a scheduled Heat/AC check twice a year to keep our two year old system's warranty valid. They rolled our fee into the regular service, too! What sweet relief! When I called Reliant they were really nice and professional. I called twice and both people I talked to were very friendly which put me at ease right away. I am a single female and live with my mom so I am always worried that people will take advantage of our lack of knowledge when it comes to repairing things around the house. I think this company was very professional and honest. The a/c repair guy showed up on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner and was very professional. I don't really know if it was to pensive but he did replace parts on the outside unit and inside unit and we paid 150$ for a yearly maintenance plan. So I think 250$ for the reap air seems likely. We also wanted a quote on replacing the whole unit if it ever goes out because it's relatively old. They called promptly this morning with an estimate. I will be using this company again

The service turned out great. It was exactly what I needed. They were fast, and responsive, they got out there, and did the job that they were supposed to do. They didn't try to up sell me or try to add anything on. They did what I was looking for. I didn't spend anything more, because he told me that I didn't need to. One thing that I liked what that he put booties on, and didn't carry dirty on my carpet which was brand new. Those little things were good and I would recommend him.

We met with Chris and talked through our options and overall reduction of energy costs. We were told our new units would reduce our energy cost by 50 - 60% and they were absolutely correct. The crew was amazing and I'm sure our garage and attic were cleaner after install than before. I would recommend Reliant to anyone. Thank you!
