Really could not be happier. Peter showed up when he said he would, personable, and most importantly, knows what he is doing. Took about 7 mins to discover the simple problem and he provided a simple solution and it was very reasonably priced. Company must take care of the people, they seemed engaged and focused. Won’t have to shop around for AC work anymore.

Joe is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all my questions. I am very please with Joe’s service.

Great! I needed to replace my entire HVAC system. I'd already gotten a quote from another company, but after I met with Chris from Reliant Air Conditioning I felt confident they were the right choice. I got a reasonable quote for a very good system, and I never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn't sure about. Chris was also very flexible with my schedule, and maintained good communication throughout the process. On the day of install, Jonathan and Gabriel showed up on time and did a great job. They didn't leave until they were sure everything was right. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional, and they took good care of my house. I am very happy I chose Reliant, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

They're great! Found out my old AC company was trying to scare me into a high priced ($22k) system when these guys can do the same for $9000 less with the same guarantees.

Their diagnostic technician to find the leak . None of other bids. He didn't jump to marketing. Gave me many options. Offered professional patience & as I am an RN, patience and taking time to explain, both the diagnostic tech, Dan & Chris T. Gave a tired nurse just off night shift respect.

Dan was great. On time and prompt. Caught me up on our maintenance plan while also double checking everything else and cleaning the condenser.

Dan is the BEST Technician!. I always want him to perform my service! Today was no exception! He quickly diagnosed the problem - a short in factory installed wiring. Repair the short and installed a new fuse. Done in half an hour to 40 minutes. Always can count on Reliant for the best maintenance and service! Dan is an experienced professional - I’d say the best!

After Reliant installed a Lennox condenser unit for several thousand dollars, less than two years ago, the condenser fan motor went bad. They responded with a technician quickly and verified the motor was bad, and charged me a diagnostic fee (79). I was later contacted by Reliant that the motor was under warranty but the labor warranty was expired (1 year). They quoted me $300 labor to replace the motor under warranty, on top of the diagnostic fee. I could have replaced it myself for half that by buying my own motor (found on amazon $160). Instead, I called a smaller company (Circulating solutions) and was charged $150 to do the replacement next day. All I wanted was a fair price for good service, but Reliant was far from competitive with their pricing, and wont be hired again. In the end, it wasn't much money for this repair, but I now have to wonder how much I over paid Reliant for the condenser unit itself.

Service was great! All questions were answered with good understandable explanations. Also very easy to talk with service technician.

Jerry did an excellent job on checking our air conditioning systems. He was professional and respectful of our home. He answered my questions and offered various solutions to an issue that has been ongoing. I have been a satisfied customer of Reliant for over 10 years.

Everything was great! Knowledgeable technician, did a thorough job. I always have them out for spring and fall checkups and they always do an excellent job.

Great thanks to Jimmy, who performed standard maintenance. He provided good insights to an issue he found with an air purifier which had burned out and even alerted me of a couple rodents in some traps near an attic HVAC unit.

1st point.....I HAVE NEVER FELT STRONGLY ENOUGH ABOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE TO TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW. I’M NOT AN EASY TO PLEASE CUSTOMER.... I purchased an entire retrofit unit 5 ton heat pump in 2018 from Reliant AC. My sales rep Chrissie was amazing from day 1. She has been referred by me to friends and family members since my purchase. Recently I’ve had issues that were not due to installation or Reliant on any level. Two men named Kris and Matt restored my faith in “customer service” in 2021. They spent their day troubleshooting an issue that, at times, seemed like chasing a ghost. Their attitudes, knowledge and demeanor will make my future referrals and HVAC work a “no brainer”. Reliant AC is a company of integrity and ethics. These character traits can’t be faked and are hard to find in our current business environment.

After a power outage my furnace was not working. So on a late Friday prior to a major arctic front, they came out to check it. Thankfully a simple fix but very knowledgeable, quick to arrive and tidy. The tech wore a mask, booties and gloves. Very professional and courteous. Thankful they were able to come out when they did!!
