I had been using another provider for years but they started over charging me just to perform maintenance (they were purchased by another company). I researched and contacted Reliant to perform maintenance on my AC system that I purchased 3 years ago. I also wanted to have a new UV lamp system installed. They performed the general maintenance on the units and installed the UV lamps a week later. Both techs were very professional, explained everything they were doing and the service was timely. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely use them again!!!!

Peter was great! He checked everything, explained how everything performed, and provided a brochure advising different ways to improve the air purity in home. He was very professional and informative!

Francisco was great! Cleaned the condenser coil, checked evaporator coil, cleared and primed drain line, checked stat for proper operation, and checked electrical components. He was very professional and friendly. Will use again!

Repaired exterior electric wiring that had been chewed through by our dogs, Sunday morning, short notice. Came back to replace capacitor on separate trip, along with seasonal maintenance. On time both trips, very satisfied with costs and service.

Technicians were very professional, explained everything and were punctual.

The service rep was punctual, performed the service plan work and at the end, communicated about the outcome of the visit. The cost was a filter replacement. Reliant did the unit install & have serviced the unit for over a year. They do an awesome job!

We contacted Reliant because our heater was acting funny. We had been in our house almost 7 years, and the unit was the original that was built in with the house. We knew at some point, it would need to be replaced. So, it was time. We had heard wonderful things about Reliant from a trusted source, so we called them up. They suggested we make two appointments after what we told them. One for the repair guy to come out to see what if anything he could do, and then one with Chrissie to see what she could offer us if we did indeed need a new system. If the repair guy could fix it, then the second appointment could be cancelled. The repair guy looked it over and said he could fix it, but he recommended a new unit. We knew we were going to need one, so Chrissie came out and spoke with my wife about our options. Chrissie was so nice and talked to my wife about all of our options and told us about rebates we could get. We didn't get the bare-basic unit, but not the fanciest of units either. My wife and I are the only ones who live at our small house, and we do pretty good at not "abusing" our A/C and heating unit. Chrissie set us up and got us an awesome deal complete with some rebates that we qualified for. The job was done the following week. The two guys who did the work were really nice, and explained everything they did and cleaned up after themselves. They even showed my wife the unit and how and what they did up in the attic even showing her how and where to replace the filters. By the way, big thanks to Chrissie on letting us know how and where to get those filters cheaper than at Wal-Mart. The guys also showed us our new thermostat which is really cool because now we can control our house comfort settings from our cell phones and tablet. The new system is so quiet! We had to get used to it. We are looking forward to see how our utility bills will be affected. We have not used the A/C yet, but we are looking forward to seeing how efficient (and quiet) the A/C will be once we start using it in the heat of summer that we know will be coming. We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them! Chrissie was awesome!!

Good receptionist and courteous technician

Technician did the job effectively. However, the ad said they would replace air filters, but that apparently, only applies if you have a limited standard size filter. I had to provide the filters. Overall service was okay.

One year after installation there were issues with the unit - wasn’t blowing cool air. Reliant came out and fixed the problem at no charge. Fast forward to the end of September 2017. The unit stopped working all of sudden. I called a different company to assess the problem. The motor needed to be replaced. In addition to that I was told the unit I had installed was much bigger than I needed for that amount of space. I was oversold. The reason why the motor failed was there was way too little air coming into the unit. The motor was working too hard and gave out. In order to replace the motor and add some duct work it cost me about $2000. If Reliant hadn’t sold me something bigger than I needed I wouldn’t have needed to spend another $2000 to clean up their mess. Please stay away from this company.

Installed ahead of schedule, everything works great and the crew did a fine job of cleaning up.

When the AC went out on a Friday night, we knew our regular company from past history would not be responsive so we called reliant. It was very early Saturday morning and the only bad part of the experience was the after hour service, the first call was answered like I woke someone up and I had to ask if this was reliant air, she said yes and then I was hung up on. I called back and this time the person also just said hello so I had to ask if it was reliant and once confirmed she told me I would hear from a technician in about 30 minutes. It got better from there. The tech called and apologized that it would be noon before he got there, I was fine with that, he then called a little before noon to apologize for running a little late and was on his way. He was there at 1230 and was friendly and professional and explained in detail what he did. Although there was minor issues I will definitely use them again, it's hard to find AC company's that care and are timely and professional, reliant gave me new hope.

Chrissie visited and explained our choices and costs. Very thorough evaluation and presentation! Suggested adding a return plenum to reduce noise. Being August, we had to wait a bit for installation, but it was worth it. Installers were very professional and their workmanship was top notch. We got a superior system for a great price. Very happy customer
