Scammers do not go with them, F rating on Better Business Bureau (proof attached)! This company quoted to arrive within a 4 hour window and then shows up 3 hours late with no communications or updates. Once the tech arrives they will run your card for hundreds of dollars, shrug their shoulders and say they don't know how to solve your problem they will need hundreds more to solve the problem. Talked to Deena the manager who couldn't have cared less and was quite rude over the phone. Save your time and find a local plumber off angies list or google. They will appreciate your business more and provide better customer service. Lesson learned!

So far, very slowly. Be sure to get a second opinion before you give them the job. I was out of town so didn't have much choice but getting the plumbers out to finish the job has become a nightmare. You can't complete a job when they only come in the afternoon 2 days a week. Their reason is that they have too many jobs. Well, let's get this one finished before moving on to the next. My entire house is torn up from the restoration company (I did not authorize) and the plumbing is not yet finished.
