They did a great job. They went above and beyond. Responded quickly and reliably.
Description of Work: Replace bath/shower combo. In addition they replaced the water heater. I provided all major components.

After they had done the remodeling they ruined the dishwasher left it with the paint one of the tiles on the kitchen floor and already cracked and ruined the bathroom door and lock. They are not careful about my appliances in the kitchen and I have to take off the paint. The brand new refrigerator already had the scratched on the side when they moved it. It's not a good job.

Perez services was above and beyond! They helped us with our bathroom remodeling and patio cleanup. They were very helpful. They charges us a good price for all the work. They resolved all open issues regarding drains and loose connections, while they were on-site. Overall great service!
