window tinting
+ -1 moreI met the technician (who was a little late, but not much, although he could have at least let me know he was running late) at a Best Buy in Addison. He was very professional and tinted all of my windows, including rear window. I had to return to the same Best Buy to have my driver side windows retinted due to no-fault of Mobile Tint, only this time the owner of the company did the tint (he was also late, and didn't bother to let me know he was running late). He was also very professional. It cost $120 to tint all the windows the first time and $60 to retint the driver side windows. The problem began when I discovered that there were some small bubbles in the tint on the passenger side a couple of weeks later. I contacted the owner and he agreed to come to my house and take a look at the tint to see what needed to be done. He no-showed. I have called and texted the owner repeatedly since he no-showed, and I have yet to receive an answer to a single phone call or text, or an apology for standing me up. My tint has still not been fixed.
Description of Work: Tinted all four door windows and the rear window of my new car and then retinted both driver side door windows once it was discovered that there were scratches in the window glass from the manufacturer which required me to have those windows completely replaced.
