Moak Carpet Cleaning

I am so frustrated with this company I am fighting back tears. I booked an appoinI am so frustrated with this company I am fighting back tears. I booked an appointment to have my carpets cleaned a month prior to the actual service date. Was polite enough on phone gave me a confirmation and everything. On the day the service was supposed to be provided (between 12-2 said they'd call when they were on the way) I had not heard anything from them and it was 1:40 pm. I had moved all my furniture and vacuumed my entire house ( a lot of work with a 2 and 3 year old in the house) so I called them. The guy on the phone was polite enough and said yes he showed me scheduled and that he would call the guys and see what the hold up was and would then call me back. An hour went by-no call (mind you they were supposed to already be here, I'd arranged my whole schedule around this). So I called back again - no answer again, my frustration rising. Then I receive a text message saying that they are no longer honoring living social deals at this time ( I bought this as a deal on living social). They do not even have the decency to tell me over the phone they send a cowardly text. I attempted to call the several more times, no answer. So I text them back & say I'd pay full price for the service to avoid the inconvenience. They texted me back. that they do not do that! They are telling me this an hour and a half after the service was supposed to be performed. It seems very fishy! I can't imagine why they wouldn't communicate with me when I called or even better, before so I didn't put myself out working so hard to get my house ready for them & why they wouldn't accept payment from me in full for just keeping their appointment!!! Very sketchy .... So basically I'm left with my house in disarray and dirty carpets & I'm out 50$ ( I'm supposed to get a refund though). I would STAY AWAY from this company who has no problem putting you out when you're expecting them and are then to cowardly even to tell you over the phone!! I can not express how upset I am with this company!!!
