Mister Sparky (DFW)

went on HomeAdvisor, and the next day the Mister Sparky was completing the project!

Found Mister Sparky on Home Finder. They called me within 20 min of me registering. We accepted trip charge and appointment for 11/27/2017 between 9.am and 11am. Waited until 11.40. NO SHOW! NO CALL! I called cust service and spoke with Monica. She verified appointment but could not give me any further input as folks were in a meeting. Cancelled service and will find an electrician elsewhere.

Tech did the job fast and correctly.

I was worried it was going to cost a fortune to figure out why One wall of outlets in my house wasn’t working. Mr Sparky found the problem and charged less than $50 to fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

. Initially I was surprised by the price, but, then they got it down to a more reasonable rate when they involved the manager.

Tyler is an excellent technician and he answered all my questions, solved my problem and was very helpful. They were able to schedule over the weekend and I found that very helpful as the problem was on a line with the the refrigerator on it. They scheduled it the very next day and fixed it and they told me before hand for the appointment and the technician was right on time

The work and service was great, but definitely on the 'high' side of the cost for 1.5 hours of work. In any case, you can feel comfortable they will do the project right and not cut any corners.

Glenn Noble with Mr Sparky was very polite, honest, and found the problem and fixed it quickly. he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He cleaned up when he was done.

He was prompt and share information in a way we could understand it. He fixed the problem quickly and very polite.
